OFFICIAL RULES – BetToWin 2025 – English Version

Article 1: Purpose

The sports betting and casino games company BetToMax Sarl, headquartered in Douala, Cameroon, is organizing a promotional game called BetToWin 2025, open to any adult individual who is a BetToMax customer.

Article 2: Participation Period

The BetToWin 2025 game runs from December 20, 2025 to January 20, 2026 inclusive. The final and only draw will take place on January 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Article 3: Conditions of Participation

To participate in the BetToWin 2025 game, participants must:

  • Be 21 years of age or older on the date of participation;
  • Have an active BetToMax account with a valid name and phone number;
  • Place a settled sports bet of at least 2,000 FCFA;
  • Create a betting slip containing at least 3 sporting events;
  • Ensure minimum odds of 1.20 per event;
  • Ensure minimum total odds of 1.30 for the entire betting slip.
  • Events can be in any sport available on the BetToMax platform.

+ Each eligible betting slip entitles the holder to one (1) entry into the prize draw.

+ There is no limit to the number of entries per player.

Article 4: Eligible Betting Slips and Exclusions

The following are strictly excluded from the BetToWin 2025 promotion:

  • Book a Bet / Boucher Bet betting slips;
  • Cash out betting slips;
  • Canceled, refunded, or unsettled betting slips;
  • Betting slips containing a canceled, postponed, or rescheduled event;
  • Betting slips placed outside the promotional period.
  • Only valid, paid-for tickets, even if they are losers, will be considered.

Article 5: Draw

The draw will be conducted electronically and virtually on January 21, 2026, at BetToMax’s premises, in the presence of a bailiff. An automatic selection of tickets meeting all participation requirements will be carried out by the BetToMax management system.

Article 6: Prizes

The prizes offered in BetToWin 2025 are as follows:

  • 6 mobile phones
  • 3 43-inch Smart TVs
  • 3 motorcycles

Prizes are neither exchangeable, refundable, nor transferable.

Article 7: Prize Delivery

Winners will be contacted by telephone within a maximum of 7 days following the draw, which will take place on January 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

To claim their prize, winners must:

  • Visit a designated BetToMax branch;
  • Provide a valid form of identification;
  • Have a BetToMax account whose name exactly matches the winner’s identity.

Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date.

Article 8: Image and Communication

All winners agree to participate in BetToMax’s promotional activities.

 

The use of the winner’s photograph is subject to their prior consent.

Article 9: Applicable Law

These rules are governed by Cameroonian law.

Article 10: Disputes

In the event of a dispute relating to the BetToWin 2025 game, participants agree to seek an amicable solution with BetToMax.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cameroon.
