BETTOWIN

The sports betting and casino gaming company BetToMax Sarl, headquartered in Douala, Cameroon, is organizing a promotional game called BetToWin 2026, open to any adult individual who is a BetToMax customer.

Participation Period

  • The BetToWin 2026 game runs from May 1, 2026, to May 30, 2026, inclusive.
  • The final and single draw will take place on June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Participation Conditions

  • Be 21 years of age or older at the time of participation;
  • Hold an active BetToMax account with a valid name and phone number;
  • Place a settled sports bet with a minimum amount of 2,000 FCFA;
  • Create a ticket containing at least 3 sporting events;
  • Respect a minimum odds of 1.30 per event;
  • Events may relate to any sport available on the BetToMax platform.
  • Each qualifying ticket grants one (1) entry into the draw.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries per player.

Eligible Tickets and Exclusions

  • Book a Bet / Voucher tickets
  • Tickets subject to cash out
  • Cancelled, refunded, or unsettled tickets
  • Tickets containing an event that is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled
  • Tickets placed outside the promotion period

Draw

  • The draw will be conducted electronically and virtually on June 1, 2026, at the BetToMax premises, in the presence of a bailiff.
  • An automatic selection of tickets meeting all participation conditions will be carried out by the BetToMax management system.

     

Prizes

The prizes available in the BetToWin 2026 promotion are:

  • 6 mobile phones
  • 3 Smart TVs (43 inches)
  • 3 motorcycles 
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Prize collection 

Winners will be contacted by phone within a maximum of 7 days following the draw.
After the draw on June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

To collect their prize, winners must:

  • Visit a designated BetToMax agency;
  • Provide a valid ID;
  • Have a BetToMax account with a name that exactly matches the winner’s identity.
Prizes must be collected within a maximum of 30 days after the date of the draw.
After this period, BetToMax reserves the right to reuse any unclaimed prizes at its discretion.

Image and Communication

Any winner agrees to participate in BetToMax communication activities.
The use of the winner’s photographic image is subject to prior consent.

Applicable Law

  • These rules are governed by Cameroonian law.

Disputes

  • In the event of a dispute relating to BetToWin 2026, participants agree to seek an amicable solution with BetToMax.
  • Failing an amicable agreement, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cameroon.
